Haydn Jacks Limited came to life in July 2013 from my desire to offer landlords and tenants in Ipswich and the surrounding areas a more personal service in relation to lettings and property management. What started with just me is now a team of four, all working hard to ensure we don’t lose sight of my original objectives.
The rental industry has changed considerably over this time, with many more changes on the horizon with the impending Renters Rights Bill coming during 2025. Being nimble in size, we are well placed to guide our landlords and tenants through the upcoming changes, ensuring the relationships we have built up over several years continue to be maintained and any changes become seamless and unnoticed.
We work closely with our landlords to ensure we provide high quality properties for rent and we strive to find the best tenants who get somewhere nice to call home.
I never set out to re-invent the wheel, all I and my team want to do is make renting a property as enjoyable as possible and we never lose sight of the fact we are dealing with landlord’s properties and tenant’s homes.
